Join Mir Tapas as a Line Cook & Prep Assistant, where you'll help bring authentic Spanish cuisine to life in our intimate Tacoma restaurant. We're seeking a skilled cook who thrives in a focused kitchen environment and can support both morning prep work and service line operations.

What You'll Do:
Prepare and handle morning prep tasks to set up for serviceExecute line cooking during Thursday Sunday service periodsMaintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation aligned with our Spanish menuWork efficiently, communicating clearly with the teamSupport kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout your shiftWe're looking for someone with cooking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
