Full-time What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican dishes Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and cleanliness Support kitchen prep, inventory, and food safety standards Work efficiently with the team in a high-volume environment

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of cooking experience (Mexican cuisine preferred) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Food handler's certification is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
