Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will set up your workstation, prepare menu items, and maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area. You'll follow recipes, ensure proper plate presentation, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Ability to work well under pressureStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsMust be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed)High school diploma or equivalent vocational trainingCulinary training or apprenticeship preferredCPR certification is a plusExperience with computerized POS systems preferredCustomer service experience is a plusBilingual (Spanish) is a plus
