Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. Must be 16 years or older. In this role, you'll be essential in preparing high-quality dishes in a lively, friendly environment. Your passion for food and attention to detail will help ensure every meal meets our standards of excellence. If you enjoy working in a team and love creating tasty meals, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your culinary skills. things you'll learn: answering phone, placing orders, cashing out customer, dishes, mopping, cleaning, using the oven, dough machine and POS computers. making dough, pizzas, preparing and cutting cheese, making sauce, cutting vegetables, making bread, Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support the team during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all food safety regulations to keep the kitchen safe and hygienic. Help with menu planning ideas and contribute to daily meal preparations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly. Skills Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling safety are important. Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food industry standards, catering, and serving practices is beneficial. Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and kitchen operations. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
