Full-Time or Part-Time Job Summary D'Railed Bar & Grill is seeking a dependable, motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prepare quality food consistently, maintain cleanliness, and work effectively with other team members. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Ensure food is prepared accurately and in a timely manner Assist with food prep, inventory, and restocking Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Weekend and evening availability preferred Benefits Starting pay of $14.00 per hour Higher pay available based on experience and performance Flexible scheduling Friendly team-oriented work environment Opportunity for advancement Apply Today!
