The Fireside Kitchen is seeking Cooks to join our team!

Cook duties include:

inspects, portions, arranges and garnishes food for guests all while ensuring safe, sanitary food-handling practices. responsible for regulating temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period ability to learn line cooking stations which includes broiler set-up, plating of the broiler food, middle set-up and plating of the food made in the middle. Full-time positions available with a required schedule Wednesday through Sunday. Starting rate is $15/hour or higher based upon experience.
