With each dish crafted to perfection, this role plays a vital part in creating a dining experience that leaves our guests craving more.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Flavor Architect:
P repare all food items using standardized recipes, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation.
Clean Kitchen Commander:
Keep kitchen and work areas spotless, sanitary, and safe — because great meals start with a clean space.
Prep Time Pro:
Complete food and station prep efficiently to guarantee smooth, timely service during operating hours.
Kitchen Communicator:
Share ideas clearly and work seamlessly with the team, even when the heat is on.
Quick-Fire Problem Solver:
Tackle kitchen challenges with speed and accuracy, choosing the best course of action under pressure.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen. High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations.
