Just like our daytime prep team, this role is essential to ensuring our café locations are stocked with fresh, high-quality, ready-to-serve food items. If you enjoy working behind the scenes and thrive in a predictable, production-style kitchen environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Read and follow recipes precisely to produce a variety of deli items used in the cafes Execute daily prep and packaging tasks according to established production schedules. Weigh, portion, label, and package food items efficiently and with attention to detail. Meet daily production and packaging deadlines with consistency. Operate kitchen equipment such as food processors, blenders, scales, and heating devices safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management promptly. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment. Previous experience in a prep or production kitchen is preferred. Comfortable taking feedback and seeking clarity when needed. Dependable, adaptable and committed to maintaining high standards. Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision. Valid drivers license required with clean driving record. Benefits Flexible schedule within the hours of 12pm and 7pm generally, Sunday-Thursday (some flexibility to flex as needed).
