Breakfast Cook / Prep Cook

    Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule Requirements Saturday, Sunday, and Monday availability is required Weekday shifts: 5:30 AM
  • 1:00 PM Weekend shifts: 6:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM Position Overview Eno Vino Downtown is seeking a dependable and motivated Breakfast Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
This role is responsible for preparing and executing breakfast service while supporting kitchen operations through daily food preparation and organization. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards. Breakfast Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to restaurant standards Execute breakfast service efficiently and consistently Cook eggs, and other menu items with proper technique and presentation Maintain clean and organized cooking stations throughout service Ensure all dishes meet quality and plating standards before leaving the kitchen Communicate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow Monitor food levels and assist with restocking during service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Assist with opening kitchen setup for breakfast service Prep Cook Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily service including chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring Assist with preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components Label and properly store all food items following FIFO procedures Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas and walk-in coolers Assist the chefs with ingredient preparation during service when needed Stock and organize kitchen stations before and after service Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices Help with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Must have required weekend availability What We Offer Full-time or part-time opportunities Opportunity to work with a professional kitchen team Growth opportunities within the restaurant Health insurance Vision/Dental insurance
