Job Description
From the creators of RED, Jacknife is a quick-service restaurant concept featuring sushi rolls, dumplings, and bowls. We combine quality ingredients with efficient service to deliver great food, fast. In other words, We make it fast and keep it fresh! We're looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our team. You'll prepare sushi rolls, dumplings, bowls, and other menu items while following Jacknife's recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations. Whether you're building your kitchen career or looking for a great team to grow with, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person. Someone who works hard, stays positive, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
