Experience required. Daytime and evening hours available. Weekdays and weekends. We work with a set schedule. The Brass Ring is a family owned and operated bar restaurant that has been in operation for over 20 years.

In person Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared with attention to detail, presentation, and flavor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Experience Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
