Busy, Modern, Casual Fine Dining environment. Independently owned with a commitment to excellent, fresh, local, home grown and home made food. Open for 24 years. Line Cook Be a part of the team cooking the best Italian & Sicilian food in the city - join our kitchen team and be a part of one of Milwaukee's favorite restaurants! Tuesday - Saturday 1pm to close (last seating at 9 and 10 pm). Our menu is primarily sauté and almost all dishes are made to order. You will be expected to make these traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes according to our recipes. Consistency is very important to us.
Responsibilities include:
keeping the kitchen organized and ready for service Prepping pasta, vegetables, soups, etc. Cooking and plating dishes to order in a fast and consistent manner cleaning the kitchen at close maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards must have kitchen experience We're looking for someone who is organized, likes working in a kitchen, wants learn more, and enjoys the fast pace of a busy restaurant. 30-40 hours per week.
