Overview Join our fun culinary team as a Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this role, you will support the kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with meal assembly, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Whether you have prior experience in food service, catering, or fine dining, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a welcoming dining experience. Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to established recipes and standards Support the cooking process by following directions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure timely meal service Maintain proper food handling and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Help with dishwashing, cleaning kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure a sanitary workspace Aid in menu planning and portion control to deliver consistent quality in every meal served Ensure all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow during busy service times Skills Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation techniques including knife skills, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with menu planning, catering services, and fine dining standards is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations Basic understanding of the food industry's best practices for sanitation and safety Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills help create memorable dining experiences!
