Job Description

Charlie's County Market is your locally owned and operated grocery & liquor store. Large enough to serve, small enough to care! The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all food products. The Cook pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications. Hours will be full-time, 5 days a week. Day shift would be 11:30-till closed throughout the week & weekends.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Must have experience cooking in a fast paced, large volume facility. 2. Must have strong communications skills for dealing with coworkers & customers. 3. Must have math skills for measuring of ingredients & products. 4. Must have dexterity in hands to enable preparing of deli food products. 5. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds (50#'s) up to twenty percent (20%) of the time.
