Job Summary We're Lost Apostle Brewing, a brand-new brewpub on the shores of Lake Superior in Washburn, Wisconsin. Here, the wild Northwoods meets the raw energy of the South Shore. Our beer is bold, our food is handcrafted and unfussy, and our space is alive with plants, light, and music. More than a brewpub, we're building a community gathering place and we're looking for passionate, imaginative, and grounded people to join us. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained Requirements Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Experience in short order, limited service restaurant concepts is a plus Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
