Job Description

Gillmann Services is Now Hiring full-time line cooks! •This position is Seasonal•
Principle Responsibilities:
Prepare food and ingredients according to daily menu. Cook meals based on daily guidelines, set meal times. Maintain cleanliness standards This includes "clean, set, ready for meals", "clean as you go", assisting with
FOH & BOH
cleanliness, assisting with dish washing, etc. Follow all kitchen safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Training:
Must have previous experience in a similar role Must be a team player. Punctuality is a must. Must be 18 years or older for this position. Must be able to follow detailed directions/instructions. Strong communication skills needed! Must have or obtain
Food Handlers Certificate Other Requirements:
Be able to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds Must be able to pass a drug and background screening Reliable transportation
