Classes for the Food Handler's Card are held at the Elinor Hurt Health Clinic on Harper Road in Beckley, WV. There is a charge which is the applicants' responsibility. Location of assignment is county wide dependent on need. Salary determined by educational level in accordance with Raleigh County pay scale and WV Code §18A-4-8a
