Cook-Evanston Evanston, WY 82930 Apply Apply Description Rocky Mountain Care- Evanston is currently seeking a Part-time Dietary Cook/Dietary Aide to work in our Culinary Services department. Want to prepare delicious meals for our residents? Want to earn money while having fun and making a difference? We have an opening in the kitchen. Cooking for the dinner shift. Probably about 3-4 shifts per week. We will train the right candidate. This is a very rewarding position for someone who likes to cook. It's a great entry level position into the healthcare industry. Possibility for Full-time, must be willing to work weekends as needed. Mostly day shift. Responsibilities:

Prepares food for meal service according to the menu. Operates institutional food preparation equipment according to the manufacturer and supervisory direction. Follows proper cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules. Caters to resident food allergies and preferences. Attend in-service education programs as assigned. Empties trash containers. Performs cleaning tasks as scheduled. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old Food handler permit food service experience is preferred, but not required Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma Current/ Active Food Handlers Permit Must be 18 years of age One (1) year dietary/food service experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred (but not necessary).
