• -Roasting, broiling, braising, frying and sauté' of entrees.
• Preparing vegetables and garnishes.
• Making sauces.
• Making soups, stocks.
• Preparing menu items for dining rooms and banquets.
• Preparing and serving hot appetizers.
• Performing job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Must be flexible and adapt to changes, other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
