Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning and washing of boats using appropriate tools, detergents, and techniques to achieve sparkling results Detail boats by applying polishing, buffing and waxing, to enhance appearance and protect surfaces Maintain cleanliness of the lot by organizing boats, removing debris, and ensuring the area is safe and inviting for customers Assist with basic custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and janitorial duties to uphold high standards of cleanliness Support the team with light vehicle driving duties including moving boats around the lot or assisting with customer pickups when needed Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about boat care and detailing services in a professional manner Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your teammates Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, or similar work preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including use of cleaning agents and equipment suitable for boats Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely; experience with fork life a plus Previous detailing experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability Valid driver's license with clean driving record for supporting driving responsibilities on the lot Willingness to learn new skills such as buffing techniques or advanced boat detailing processes Join us in creating an exceptional environment where quality craftsmanship meets outstanding service!
