Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of rental vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, buffing, and detailed vehicle inspections Conduct car washes using appropriate equipment and environmentally friendly products to ensure a spotless appearance Maintain the cleanliness of the dealership or rental lot by performing janitorial and custodial tasks such as trash removal and surface cleaning Safely transport vehicles between locations or to designated areas while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist with vehicle inspections before and after rentals, noting any damages or maintenance needs Support additional custodial duties to keep the workspace organized, safe, and welcoming for staff and customers Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions professionally and ensuring their rental experience is smooth from start to finish Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience in car washing, detailing, and buffing preferred but not required—training available for motivated candidates Ability to perform thorough cleaning and custodial tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MANDATORY) ; comfortable driving various vehicle types Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus; familiarity with basic maintenance routines is beneficial Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers Physically capable of performing manual labor while standing for the majority of our shifts Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle care combined with outstanding service!
