Vehicle Cleaner Job Type:

Available Schedule:

Monday to Sunday - 4:00 PM-12:30 AM (Shifts vary, weekend work may be required) Job Description As a Fleet Detailer , you are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and detailing of city buses to ensure each vehicle meets cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. This role involves interior and exterior cleaning, driving, as well as other fleet-related tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sweep and mop bus floors Remove trash and debris from inside buses Sanitize high-touch areas, including railings, handles, and seating areas Clean interior windows and surfaces Wash bus exteriors using appropriate cleaning equipment Clean exterior windows and mirrors Perform miscellaneous fleet-related duties as required Follow all safety and operational procedures

Physical Requirements :

Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, walking, and standing for extended periods Working in cramped or confined spaces for prolonged periods Climbing ladders or steps up to 4 feet Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Clean background check ( no felonies or misdemeanors ) Minimum two (2) years of experience in fleet detailing, vehicle cleaning, or related cleaning fields

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to safely operate vehicles and cleaning equipment as required

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred , but not required
