Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Detail Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for meticulously cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. Your enthusiasm for cars and dedication to quality will shine through as you transform each vehicle into a spotless masterpiece. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in car detailing, customer service, and vehicle maintenance while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We work weekdays only and usually 8-10 hours daily. We take all holidays off including 1-2 weeks during new year. We take being punctual and professional very serious. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior sanitation to ensure pristine condition. Conduct buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance and remove minor scratches or blemishes. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions about vehicle care and explaining the detailing process. Assist with car wash operations, ensuring vehicles are cleaned safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment. Support custodial responsibilities as needed to uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace conducive to high-quality work. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience in car wash services or vehicle detailing is highly preferred. Proficiency in cleaning techniques including vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and interior sanitation. Knowledge of window tinting application processes is a plus. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Previous janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles or assisting with mobile services.
