Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washes using professional car wash equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish. Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, and polishing to achieve a high-quality appearance. Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle paint and restore shine, maintaining the vehicle's aesthetic appeal. Conduct additional cleaning tasks such as tire shining, door jamb cleaning, and interior deodorizing to deliver comprehensive detailing. Assist with janitorial duties when necessary, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and ensuring all tools and supplies are organized. Support other team members with tasks like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs to improve overall vehicle presentation. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about services offered and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Experience with car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, and cleaning products. Knowledge of janitorial or custodial work that emphasizes attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to operate vehicle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving company vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs is desirable but not required.
