We hold STEK Black Label certification, one of the highest designations in the PPF industry, and we take pride in every vehicle that leaves our facility. We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled, detail-obsessed automotive professional to join our team as a Detailer — someone who takes ownership of their work and holds themselves to the same standard as the vehicles they touch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Move and stage customer vehicles safely throughout the shop and lot Perform thorough multi-stage hand washes, decontamination, and paint prep on a wide range of vehicles including exotics and high-end daily drivers Execute paint correction processes including compounding, polishing, and finishing to remove swirl marks, scratches, and surface defects Apply ceramic coatings and detail sprays with precision and consistency Perform interior detailing including vacuuming, surface cleaning, leather conditioning, and odor treatment Conduct final quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets Aerowerkz standards before delivery Maintain proper care, storage, and organization of all detailing products and equipment Handle all customer vehicles — from daily drivers to exotics — with the utmost care and professionalism Collaborate with the PPF and coating teams to support overall shop workflow

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1-3+ years of professional detailing experience (shop, dealership, or independent) Deep understanding of paint care, surface prep, and product chemistry Strong eye for detail — you see what others miss and you don't cut corners Experience with paint correction and polishing tools (DA, rotary) preferred Familiarity with ceramic coating application is a plus Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in consistent, high-quality output Team-oriented with a professional attitude toward clients and coworkers Valid driver's license required — must be comfortable operating a wide variety of vehicles
