Full-Time Location View Cleaners - Irvine,CA Overview As a Dry Cleaner at View Cleaners, you'll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and pressing garments using industry-standard techniques and equipment while maintaining high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, knowledge of fabric care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care needs prior to cleaning Identify appropriate cleaning method based on fabric type and garment label (dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or spot treatment) Operate dry cleaning machines, washers, dryers, steamers, and presses according to safety and manufacturer guidelines Pre-treat stains using appropriate chemicals and techniques Tag and track customer garments accurately to avoid mix-ups or lost items Conduct quality control checks to ensure all garments are cleaned and pressed to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate with front desk staff or customers about special requests or garment conditions (if needed) Assist in organizing and preparing cleaned items for customer pick-up or delivery Follow all safety procedures and properly handle cleaning chemicals Perform additional duties as assigned by management Requirements Must be able to frequently lift up-to 30 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must have Previous Dry-Cleaning experience Experience Customer Service experience preferred You will enjoy A great working environment!
