Car Wash Attendant

Chemical Guys Car Wash wants to provide everyone the perfect blend of products, accessories, and education combined with passionate people that show the world how to SHINE! As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, providing in-depth product knowledge, and creating an awesome brand experience for our customers. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, the ability to multi-task, and excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will want to grow their knowledge by learning all aspects of the car wash including sales, retail products, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Provide high quality customer service and offer an unforgettable experience Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners Maximize individual performance by accepting direction, coaching and feedback Prepping and guiding cars into the car wash Greet customers after the wash to provide towel dry and apply tire shine Maintain a clean parking lot and ensure vacuums are working properly Adhere to all company policy and procedures Able to work as a team in a fun and fast- paced environment Job duties and responsibilities may vary, and employees may be assigned additional duties than those listed above

Job Requirements:

Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Comfortable with regularly creating or participating in social media content Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company standards Willing and able to work in outdoor conditions Must be minimum 18 years of age

Skills and Experience:

Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others Car wash experience is appreciated but not required Ability to timely problem-solve in a professional manner Multi-lingual is appreciated but not required Expected hours:
