Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Detailer and bring cars back to their pristine condition with your expert cleaning and detailing skills! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming vehicles through thorough cleaning, polishing, and maintenance, ensuring every customer drives away satisfied. Your attention to detail and passion for vehicle care will help elevate our service standards and create a positive experience for every client. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in auto detailing while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicle shine and protection Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, windows, and dashboard surfaces to achieve a spotless finish Apply window tinting films with precision to enhance vehicle privacy and aesthetics (where applicable) Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as polishing, buffing, and minor paint touch-ups to maintain vehicle appearance Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored Assist with light repairs or custodial tasks as needed to support overall shop operations Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about the detailing process and addressing any specific client requests Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and cleaning methods for various vehicle surfaces Familiarity with janitorial or custodial work to maintain a clean workspace Ability to operate driving equipment such as carts or small vehicles safely within the shop area Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is a plus Basic understanding of window tinting application techniques (nice-to-have) Join us in delivering high-quality vehicle care that leaves customers impressed!
