Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed.

Duties:

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and dusting
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish
• Apply wax, polish, or other protective agents to preserve the vehicle's appearance
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor
• Drive vehicles through the car wash tunnel or manually wash them as needed
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate car wash packages and provide information on additional services such as window tinting or buffing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience

Experience:

• Previous experience in car detailing or car wash preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different cleaning agents and techniques for various vehicle surfaces is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
