Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Detailer and Reconditioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle we sell meets the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, and quality. The role combines detailing and reconditioning work on Tesla vehicles, with an emphasis on making every car look and feel like new.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional detailing and reconditioning services on Tesla vehicles, including washing, polishing (2-step paint corrections), interior cleaning, and applying ceramic coatings. Inspect and assess vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and make necessary repairs or enhancements. Conduct full interior/exterior cleaning, and tire/wheel/trim detailing. Buff, polish, and touch up vehicle paint as needed, addressing minor scratches or imperfections. Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and cleaned to meet dealership standards before being delivered to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and supplies are properly stored. Assist with vehicle inspections and preparation for delivery, including final detailing checks. Assist with general repairs and servicing of vehicles. Repairing curb rash. Training is available but prior knowledge and experience is a huge plus/

Qualifications:

Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or automotive service. Familiarity with Tesla vehicles and their unique care requirements is a plus. Ability to work quickly and efficiently and handle multiple vehicles at once, ensuring high quality results. Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring vehicles look their best. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Experience with repairing curb rash, PDR, or painting is a huge plus!
