Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and ceramic coating exteriors. Clean and detail interiors, including vacuuming carpets, upholstery cleaning, carpet conditioning, and window cleaning. Buff surfaces to remove scratches and imperfections, ensuring a flawless finish. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required during the detailing process. Assist with custodial duties to keep the workspace clean and orderly. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques specific to automotive care. Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment safely. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for driving vehicles during detailing tasks. Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing techniques is a plus.
