We offer members access to an extraordinary collection of high-performance vehicles, curated automotive experiences, and an exclusive 18,000+ sq ft event venue. We are passionate about delivering a world-class experience to our members and guests through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a shared enthusiasm for automotive culture. We are currently seeking an Exotic Car Detailer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working around incredible vehicles, and wants to grow within the luxury automotive industry. Position Overview This is a hands-on role focused on: Vehicle detailing & presentation Fleet appearance and cleanliness Vehicle preparation Facility presentation Automotive operations support The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and passionate about cars. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Detailing & Presentation Wash, clean, dry, and detail exotic and luxury vehicles Vacuum and clean interiors to premium presentation standards Apply finishing touches including tire dressing, glass cleaning, and interior care Prepare vehicles for member deliveries, events, and experiences Maintain showroom-quality appearance across the fleet Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before use Automotive Operations Support Safely move and stage vehicles around the facility Assist with vehicle readiness inspections Support light operational and fleet-preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and workspaces Facility & Event Support Help maintain a polished and welcoming club environment Support private events, member experiences, and automotive gatherings Assist team members with operational needs during busy events and weekends Qualifications Required Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for cars and automotive culture Professional appearance and communication skills Clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, and work around vehicles throughout the day Preferred Previous detailing or car wash experience Experience with luxury or exotic vehicles Familiarity with detailing products and techniques Experience driving manual transmission vehicles Benefits Full-time employees may be eligible for: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid training Free parking Opportunities for advancement Unique access to the exotic automotive and luxury events industry To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining: Why you're interested in Club Sportiva Any detailing or automotive experience you may have Why you'd be a strong fit for this role
