We are seeking a skilled and dependable Detailer / Dealership Porter to join our team and help maintain our vehicles and facilities to the highest standards. Position Summary This position plays a key role in ensuring all service, new and pre-owned vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers. This position combines hands-on vehicle detailing with porter responsibilities.
Porter Duties:
Move vehicles around the lot, service lanes, and dealership property safely Assist with customer vehicle drop-off/pick-up Keep the lot organized, clean, and visually appealing Support service and sales departments with vehicle transport Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales staff, and management
Detailing Duties:
Wash, vacuum, polish, wax, and recondition vehicles as needed Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of the detail bay Qualifications Previous auto detailing and dealership experience required (lead or senior experience a plus) Valid driver's license with clean driving history High attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on services and vehicles Opportunities for training and career growth How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief message outlining your experience here or at www.volvo-oc.com
