Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of boats, including washing exteriors, scrubbing decks, and vacuuming interiors to achieve a spotless finish Conduct detailed polishing, buffing, and waxing to enhance the boat's appearance and protect surfaces from the elements Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, algae, and stains Assist with window tinting services when applicable, ensuring a smooth application without bubbles or imperfections Maintain high standards of cleanliness by organizing supplies, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries about cleaning procedures and boat care recommendations Support janitorial tasks as needed to uphold the overall cleanliness of the work area and storage facilities Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all Familiarity with car wash techniques, detailing methods, or buffing processes is a plus Experience in driving or operating cleaning equipment safely is advantageous Knowledge of window tinting application or similar surface treatment skills is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in every task Join us in creating beautifully maintained boats that inspire pride and confidence!
