We specialize in professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and paint protection services. We're looking to add a motivated, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and has a passion for cars. This role is primarily focused on detailing, with opportunities to grow into more advanced services like paint correction and ceramic coatings. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and become confident completing full details independently within their first 30 days. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing services to a high standard Safely clean, wash, and dry vehicles using proper techniques and tools Complete full interior details (vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, etc.) Perform exterior decontamination (clay bar, iron removal, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, tools, and equipment Assist with mobile detailing jobs as needed Safely operate and maneuver a small trailer for mobile jobs Communicate with team members and occasionally with customers in a professional manner Follow company processes and continuously improve efficiency and quality Requirements Prior detailing experience

REQUIRED

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to learn quickly and take feedback well Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Preferred (Not Required) Experience with paint correction and/or ceramic coatings Experience with mobile detailing setups Personal vehicle capable of towing a small trailer Strong interest in cars / automotive enthusiast Opportunities for Growth Training in paint correction and ceramic coatings Advancement into higher-skilled, higher-paying services Potential for increased responsibility as the company grows Pay Initial pay: $18/hour + tips Pay once you complete jobs on your own: $20/hour + tips We want someone who genuinely cares about cars and understands how to treat them properly.
