The primary responsibility of this role is high-quality vehicle detailing, including both interior and exterior cleaning, while also assisting with advanced services such as paint correction, ceramic coatings, and PPF prep. Key Responsibilities Exterior washes, decontamination, clay bar, and wax/sealant applications Paint correction (cutting, polishing, finishing) Apply ceramic coatings properly and safely Prep vehicles for Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations Conduct final wipe-downs and quality control inspections Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Care for and maintain detailing tools and equipment Requirements Prior detailing experience preferred (paint correction & coatings is a plus) Knowledge of proper wash and paint care techniques Ability to operate polishers, extractors, and detailing tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical labor What We're Looking For Someone who cares about quality, not just speed Team player with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn PPF prep and advanced services Professional attitude and respect for customer vehicles
