Job Duties:

Wash and fold towels, vacuum car interiors, clean floor mats, windows, dashboards, consoles, cupholders, and door jambs. Maintain interior clean quality to meet our high standards. Keep the car wash location clean and organized. Process guest vehicles quickly and accurately. Promote and sell express interior services and memberships Ensure customer areas, including the car wash and vacuum center, are well-maintained. Communicate effectively with management and the operations team. Become knowledgeable about Tommy's Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Big smile, friendly demeanor, positive energy Excellent customer service skills with a focus on positive experiences. Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic. Energetic, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a customer-focused approach. Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools and systems. Ability to work inside and outside in a noisy environment with car wash equipment. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and standing for long durations.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching
