Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and store navigation to foster satisfaction and loyalty Perform car wash services, including exterior cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting as needed Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing displays to uphold high standards of presentation Support janitorial duties such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, and ensuring the overall hygiene of the shop environment Operate company vehicles responsibly for errands or deliveries related to store operations Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and minor repairs or touch-ups when necessary Experience Previous customer service experience is highly preferred to engage confidently with shoppers Experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing or window tinting is a strong advantage Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating attention to cleanliness standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks Valid driving license with a clean driving record for any driving responsibilities involved Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude to assist customers effectively Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle detailing and shop operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute in a lively retail environment while gaining valuable experience across customer service, vehicle care, and store maintenance.
