In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional auto detailing services that leave vehicles looking pristine and showroom-ready. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction through meticulous cleaning, polishing, buffing, and finishing touches. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing carpets, upholstery cleaning, and window washing to ensure a spotless appearance. Conduct exterior washes using hand or machine methods, including car washes, hand waxing, and paint polishing to enhance vehicle shine and protection. Utilize buffing machines and polishing tools to remove scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation from vehicle surfaces for a flawless finish. Apply protective coatings such as waxes or sealants to preserve the vehicle's paintwork and extend its aesthetic appeal. Execute specialized services like window tinting with precision to improve privacy and UV protection while maintaining a clean finish. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial tasks and ensuring all detailing equipment is properly sanitized and stored. Assist with customer service by explaining detailing procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the results. Skills Proven experience in auto detailing, car wash services, or custodial work with a focus on vehicle care. Strong knowledge of detailing techniques including buffing, polishing, cleaning, and window tinting. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and understand their specific needs. Ability to operate various tools such as pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other detailing equipment safely and efficiently. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles demonstrating attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles or transporting equipment as needed.
