In this energetic role, you will travel to various locations to provide top-tier cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services directly at our customers' sites. Your expertise will help vehicles shine like new, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car wash and detailing services on-site, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, and polishing. Execute advanced detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and applying protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by performing thorough cleaning and janitorial duties inside vehicles, including dashboard polishing and carpet cleaning. Operate various tools and equipment safely, including buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning supplies. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any special requests or concerns. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards. Keep detailed records of services performed and ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent condition. Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is highly preferred; janitorial experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with buffing and window tinting techniques is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving to various customer locations. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform detailed work for extended periods. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or automotive detailing processes is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
