Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork, removing minor scratches and imperfections for a flawless finish. Use custodial and janitorial skills to maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment throughout your shift. Assist customers with their service needs in a friendly manner, providing information about services offered and ensuring a positive experience. Operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols related to chemical handling and machinery use. Qualifications Prior experience car wash work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is key! Basic knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, or automotive cleaning is advantageous. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Experience with buffing, window tinting, or custodial work will be considered a plus but is not mandatory; training will be provided.
