We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has professional detailing experience, and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the company. Position Overview This role will begin as a Detail Technician but is intended to develop into our Lead Technician position. The right candidate will eventually oversee daily operations, train new team members, maintain quality standards, and help manage the growth of the business. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior detailing services Steam cleaning, shampoo extraction, and stain removal Paint decontamination, clay bar treatments, and sealant application Paint correction and Ceramic coating installation (experience preferred) Maintain detailing equipment and the company vehicle Deliver exceptional customer service Ensure all vehicles meet AAutospa quality standards Requirements Previous professional detailing experience required Valid driver's license Clean driving record Clean criminal background Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather Must be physically capable of performing demanding detailing work, including standing for extended periods, lifting equipment, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in South Florida weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Mobile detailing experience Ceramic coating experience Paint correction experience Experience training or leading others Growth Opportunity This is not just another detailing job.
