Boat Detailer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine care and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that boats are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires both physical stamina and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of boats, including washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors Buff surfaces to remove scratches and enhance the vehicle's appearance. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Assist with custodial duties to keep the workspace organized and clean. Experience Previous experience in marine detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial tasks and boat wash procedures is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively while maintaining high standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Having reliable transportation is a must.
