Car Wash Attendant

Overview At One Car Wash, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles receive a thorough cleaning and detailing service while providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their vehicles look their best. Duties Perform exterior washes, including hand washing, rinsing, and drying vehicles. Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring precision and quality in application. Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to enhance shine and protect paint. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. Drive vehicles safely within the facility as required during the wash process. Skills Strong custodial skills with an eye for cleanliness and detail. Experience in car washing or detailing preferred but not required. Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
