Duties Perform thorough car washes using professional techniques including hand washing, pressure washing, and automated systems to ensure a spotless exterior. Detail vehicles inside and out by cleaning carpets, upholstery, windows, dashboards, and trim with precision and care. Conduct buffing and polishing to restore paintwork's shine and remove minor scratches or imperfections. Apply window tinting films accurately to enhance vehicle privacy and aesthetics. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing work areas regularly. Assist with light maintenance tasks like checking fluid levels or replacing air filters as needed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining detailing procedures, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and detailing tools safely and effectively. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and working outdoors or in garage environments. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving various vehicle types is a plus.
