Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of boats, including washing, buffing, polishing, and vacuuming to achieve a high-gloss finish. Apply protective coatings such as wax or sealants to enhance the vessel's appearance and durability. Maintain cleanliness of the work area . Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups on marine surfaces to uphold quality standards. Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely while adhering to company procedures. Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions about vessel maintenance or detailing services. Requirements Prior experience in custodial work, car wash, detailing, or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving various vehicles is a plus. Knowledge of boat cleaning techniques, buffing, or marine detailing is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain safety standards at all times.
