The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive detailing, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Detail Manager, you will ensure that all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards while providing an excellent experience for our customers. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the detailing department, ensuring efficiency and quality of service. Supervise and train staff in various detailing techniques including buffing, window tinting, and custodial cleaning. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the work area. Drive vehicles safely during the detailing process and for customer service needs. Implement best practices for vehicle care, ensuring all detailing tasks are completed thoroughly. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is required. Strong skills in buffing, window tinting, and general vehicle cleaning techniques are highly desirable. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is necessary to operate vehicles as part of the job responsibilities.
