Job Description
Salty Girl Marine Spa is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing team. Previous detailing experience is preferred, but experience from car washes, automotive detailing, pressure washing, cleaning services, or related industries is welcome. We provide professional boat washing, detailing, polishing, waxing, ceramic coatings, and yacht maintenance services throughout South Florida. Responsibilities Wash and detail boats, yachts, and marine vessels. Perform exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and oxidation removal. Clean decks, hulls, compartments, and interior areas as needed. Operate pressure washers, buffers, polishers, and detailing equipment. Maintain company quality standards on every job. Take before and after photos of completed work. Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications Previous experience in car washing, automotive detailing, boat detailing, pressure washing, or similar work preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders when necessary. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation Entry-Level Detailer $120/day Experienced Marine Detailer $150/day Bonus Opportunities Performance bonuses for productivity and quality. Referral bonuses.
