Job Overview Wet Touch Mobile Detailing (Central Florida) Wet Touch Mobile Detailing is a premier mobile detailing company serving Central Florida. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Auto Detailer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality detailing services while providing excellent customer care. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your precision, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in automotive care. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record Must meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Florida ( based in Poinciana, FL ) Proven expertise in: Headlight restoration Paint correction Ceramic coating application Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Strong customer service and communication skills Authorized to work in the United States Additional experience in buffing, janitorial/custodial services, or vehicle maintenance is a plus Responsibilities Perform high-quality detailing services for both interiors and exteriors Conduct buffing, waxing, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating applications Ensure glass and windows are streak-free and vehicles are presented to the highest standard Handle detailing equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety guidelines Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction Safely operate and move vehicles as needed Assist with additional services such as window tinting or minor maintenance (when applicable) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, skill, and performance (+ tips) Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Flexible scheduling options If you are a motivated and hardworking Auto Detailer who takes pride in your craft, we want to hear from you!
