In this energetic role, you'll be the first, friendly face guiding customers through our quick and efficient car wash services. You'll greet customers at the entrance gate, assess vehicles, recommend the right packages, and offer our monthly club. Your passion for being outdoors, attention to detail, and delivering customer satisfaction will ensure every vehicle leaves sparkling and every customer feels valued. General mechanical knowledge is a plus. This is not just a button pushing job. You'll make the difference between our customers being a single transaction or joining our Family Clubs and Memberships. Explaining benefits of our products to protect from things like, love-bugs and bird droppings that cause damage to paint will put you ahead of the game. This position offers a rewarding environment where you can showcase your skills in customer experience while contributing to a clean, well maintained car wash. Duties Greet every customer with energy and confidence. Operate car wash equipment, guide vehicles on conveyor safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and properly. Maintain cleanliness of the work area: Not limited to cleaning out vacuums, sweeping, wiping surfaces, and trash removal. Upsell add-on services. Provide excellent customer service by answering product/service questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Support team members with additional custodial or cleaning tasks to uphold our facility's cleanliness and safety standards. Requirements Day shift availability. Somebody who enjoys face to face communication. Basic knowledge of other car wash processes. Previous sales, customer service: Retail, food, part store, dealership, anything counts. No questions working outside and weekends. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety protocols at all times. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Reliable transportation. Willingness to learn new skills.
